can not install Lightroom 6 from DVD to my Mac Pro

I just purchased the DVD and can not install it. I followed the instructions but when I click on "install", a window appears "setup wants t make changes. Type password to allow it" It doesn't accept my password, even when I reset it... I am very new to this... Any suggestion will be welcome !

That is your COMPUTER password, to prove that you have permission to install
