Transferring license to a new computer

Hi there, I have Adobe Creative Suite Design Premium on my old computer, which has died. How do I transfer the licence to a new/another computer?

Install the software and activate it using your serial number.

Before that you should contact Adobe Support thru chat and ask them to reset your activations.  That will free up the activation for the machine that has it installed.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
