    My plan was to be renewed  May, 31st, but stop working before that. I will be without it for 48hours


      I have a creative cloud anual plan, received the information that it would be automatically renewed and the expiration date was May, 31st.


      To my surprise we start to receive messeges alerting for the expiration. Today, May24, the application stop working and we coudnt activated it. We called the support that said that it was a problem of the server and it would take 48h to fix.

      They didnt solved the problem, I have deadlines and need the software, no time to get others.

      How a company can just disregard the client and let this happens?There is no other way?
