Adobe Creative Cloud product installers record their actions in log files. These log files can be useful in determining errors that occurred during installation.
The Creative Cloud Desktop application (CCDA) will display extracting during the installation process, the extraction occurs within the 40-50% install range. The error may occur before extraction or even after extraction.
By analyzing the log files, you can resolve issues that occur before and after extraction,
