    Question about Lightroom

    pawełk78463179

Hi! I have been using trial version of Lightroom for 1 month. After those 30 days I decided to buy full version because I found the software very useful .

Before I buy, I want to make some things clear:

      1) Now I can't use Lightroom becasue trial is over so I can't find my presets (I don't know their names. I always called my presets like"asfagdfksgfkdg"). My question is, when I buy full version, will I lose my presets? I think I wouldn't because I didn't unistall anything after my trial expired, But it's better if someone confirm.

      2) What will happen if I will upgrade my PC to soemthing more powerful? Will I have to buy Lightroom again or not?

      Cheers

          Hi pawełk,

Your Presets will always be there. All user presets are stored in  location :-

          MAC:-Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Lightroom/[preset

          Windows:-C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\[preset

What will happen if I will upgrade my PC to soemthing more powerful? Will I have to buy Lightroom again or not?

If you decide to upgrade to a new computer,Simply uninstall Lightroom from this one and install it on new computer.

See Learn to activate or deactivate Adobe applications
