Yes it does, it says that i have to renew on 31/05/2016. I have tried all the stuff in that link before. I have tried a clean install, i have tried deleting opm.db which i believe is the user input information like account info, i have tried renaming the SLStore to SLStore.old so that it downloads that folder again. I notice that sometimes when i do opm.db fix and try to get in Photoshop i can bypass the renew your subscription pop up but just once and i have to do the fix all over again. I am currently waiting for support as well i just wanted a second opinion in case you guys know the fi, they told me that i will be contacted in 24-48 hr.
