In XMP, is there a frame alternative to timeValue

    innerspaceouterspace Level 1

Trying to set this value with the API, and I'd much rather set a frame value than a time value.

In altTimecode:timeValue I'd like set 101 instead of 00:00:04:05 and in altTimecode:timeFormat, I'd like to set 'frames'

However, manually setting these values through code doesn't work.
Does Premiere only read in the values in this format?
According to the spec, these are the possible values for this field:

// Options are going to be (from xmp spec pdf):

              23976Timecode

              24Timecode

              25Timecode

              2997DropTimecode (semicolon delimiter)

              2997NonDropTimecode

              30Timecode

              50Timecode

              5994DropTimecode

              5994NonDropTimecode

              60Timecode
But I'm hoping there's potentially another field, alternative field to altTimeCode:timeValue and altTimeCode:timeFormat. Otherwise, I have to convert them myself which I'm currently doing, I just think it would be safer to use frames like I've been doing already.
