I've created a presentation using Power point 2013 with
Adobe Presentation 11. This presentation has some video clips in Swf file.
But I cannot publish this presentation. I try to publish and select to save in
c:\User\USER\Documents\My Adobe Presentation but it shows "Adobe
Presenter is unable to publish this presentation. Please check that there
is enough disk space and you have appropriate permission for the destination
folder.
” What should Ido?

Try running Power Point as an Administrator. You can right click on the PPT icon and there should be option for that.

I've tried that, running power point as administrator, but it still does not work.

The other common recomendation is to create a new admin login and try publishing using that.

You may also want to reach out to Adobe Support and see if they can help further: Contact Customer Care

Did you ever find a solution.  I have the exact same problem.  Spent an hour online with Adobe support today and still no answer.  I have cleared my Temp files and done everything I can think of.  I opened a new Windows User account with Admin access but then I don't have access to any of my PowerPoint files and audio that I've spent days on...

I had the same issue.  I tried to duplicate all slides, and create a new presentation.  This didn't work. I wound up copying all text and images of each slide to new slides in a new presentation.  This solved the problem.
