After Effects only works in trial mode

Hi there,

I have purchased Creative Cloud single membership for after Effects (month to month) and installed it but it only works as the trial version. When i sign in in After Effect's help menu it shows me how many days are left in the trial version and then when i click on license this software button it says no subscription found. When i log in to my Adobe's account online in plans and products page under products link there is no product registered to my account and under manage plan link i can see my billing history and payment details but i don't see any activated devices.

I appreciate your help.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
