Problème: re-installation Creative Cloud

Bonjour à tous,

Je rencontre un problème assez énervant ... j'ai du désinstaller Creative Cloud de mon ordinateur et depuis je n'arrive pas à le réinstaller.

Après téléchargement du fichier (Creative Cloud) sur le site d'Adobe, je charge le ".dmg", double clic, entre mon mot de passe puisque je suis sur Mac et après rien ne se passe 😕

J'ai essayé la manipulation plusieurs fois, rien n'évolue...

Voilà si quelqu'un aurait une solution, je suis vraiment preneur.

uninstall everything cc including the cc desktop app.

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Hi Kglad,

Thanks for your answer, I followed all the process but it still doesn't work 😕

I don't know what's wrong and I really need some Adobe software for my job

If you got something else to try to fix my problem it'll be awesome,
