Suddenly, LR6 stopped to work and I'm not able to enter the product serial number as the "Manage my Account" in the help menu is greyed out.
What should I do?
Normally when a serial number is required there is a button to click "Licence This Software"
What is not working? All of Lightroom or just the Develop module?
What computer operating system do you have? Have you made any recent changes to your computer?
The develop module is not working. And I don't see any button to license the software. It is asking me to sign into creative cloud but my LR version is a standalone version.
