    Image refund, tried support and it was painful.


      Hi there


      I hope you can help me as the community is my last resort. I have just had to end a very very painful chat session with a support member called Anoop and would like to finally address my request here.  I have the transcript and it's painful.


      I purchased an AI file today with one of my Adobe Stock credits (I LOVE Adobe stock by the way, keep up the great work), but the file damaged heavily and would like that credit refunded please.  The file is 89868284.  Screenshots can be provided if you like.
