I've asked the Stock support team to check the image in question and will let you know when I hear back from them.
I have reviewed the picture which you have licensed from Adobe Stock. The picture looks fine. May I know do you have Illustrator or Photoshop Application installed on the computer to view this image.
Also I have sent you a personal message, Kindly reply with your Adobe Id.
