Have you tried this solution?
(You say you tried one of these solutions, but you weren't specific if you did them all.)
Thanks for your reply.
I've just repaired a few Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages and restarted my PC without success. There are several more MVC++RP that I can only delete and reinstall. The help page states:
You can search your Adobe main install log file to find the exact version of the that caused the error. Then, either repair or reinstall only that version.
But from reading the log file I cannot find any reference to Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Packages. What should I be looking for?
I'm not a computer specialist and I can't reproduce your issue on my computer, so I'm not sure what to advise you from here.
Maybe someone else on this forum can offer you more specific direction.
Bump - Can anyone recommend an expert that I could pay to help fix the problem that APE has caused?
A friend has solved the problem by connecting an external hard drive to my computer. The computer allocated it as F:\ and the installer functioned correctly.
I hope this workaround can help other users with the same problem.
