LR is not the ideal to to do large scale cloning it is pretty good at spot removal which is why its called this. PS should be really used for something like your example, and you will find it much easier to achieve the result you are after.

It is the answer that I expected, but what if someone does not have Photoshop and prefers to do all their processing in Lightroom
and avoid unnecessary rendering of larger files.
So Lightroom cloning has to get much much better
A example of bad guessing.
I would imagine that the best first guess would be the area directly above, but Lightroom chooses an area of brick, cement and window.
Would Photoshop heal be any better?
