Over the past several years I have taken a picture of myself semi-daily. I would love to finally put these together into the video it was suppoed to become all allong. So I need to know firstly how you decrease the length of every picture, or put a set length to any picture you add to the software's timeline after that. To prevent hours and hours of manually getting the right length for each picture. I'd also like to ask if there is some kind of "eye liner", maybe not that it's called, but a feature that will line up your eyes so that the eyes each and every picture will always be at the same place. Without this I'm not sure the effect I want would be as sayisfying since my head would keep bumping around onscreen.
So I hope that someone can tell me how I do these two things. Thanks.
In the Preferences you can edit in a setting for a default duration for stills. You do it BEFORE you start the project.
There maybe some iPhone or other trick software to line up eyes, but not in Premier Elements.
Your so called eye liner you can make by drawing a horizontal line in a title and superimpose over the pictures as a guide.
