I do not mean to sound trite, but rambling on and not separating parts of your request into paragraphs makes it extremely difficult for us to read or comprehend your request. I will also risk assuming that English is not your primary language.
If you could, please, use an electronic translator (Google has a nice one) to clarify your request, and format your request so that it is not a jumbled heap of data.

The coldfusion-error log is showing for the most part CF11 start-up details. So we have CF start 2:30am followed by a 4:17am cookie notice and a catalina (tomcat) notice at 10:57am. I am not sure that provides any clues as to what I think your trying to inform folks of causes for CF outage.
Did CF stop responding about 11am?
Perhaps more details about the reason the CF outage can be discerned from coldfusion-out log. Take care to notice errors and warnings at the time of and leading up to outage.
