Automatically get images from a folder and let Flash play a Slide Show

Hi,
I would like to create a Flash Slide Show that can automatically find images from a specific folder and display them in a nice fade in/out slide show.
This slide show is going to display products for a web site, and I would like to update the images just by uploading them to a folder or deleting them from that folder.
Can anyone help me on this?

As Flash cannot see the contetns of a folder on the server you would need some kind of server-side script (asp, php for example) that provides the flash with the neccessary info (as text or xml) about the images present in your watched folder(s), the rest would be loading and presenting as with any regular slideshow.

there is a pretty good example at the Macromedia/Adobe site:

You need the XML script, but it's very easy to see how it's done.
