Error Message for Blackboard Users?

Hello!

I have a staff member who has produced training modules using Presenter 11. We've uploaded these modules into Blackboard using their SCORM Package tool and have had things working without issue for a year. Recently, I have received word from some students who are receiving an error message, which I'll post as a reply to this topic. I was hoping for help with the following:

1. What does this error message mean?

2. Is this being caused by Blackboard, the SCORM reader, or something in Presenter?

3. Any hints on how to resolve this issue?
