Could you please sign out of Lightroom mobile and sign back in.
If that does not helps.
- Rename the Sync.lrdata File to Sync.Lrdata.old
You can find the sync.lrdata file here:-
This Folder AppData is hidden so first unhide the Hidden Folders from Folder options.Show hidden files - Windows Help
- Once done Restart Lightroom and it will try to reconcile your local synced data and the cloud synced data.

Hi, I just tried that and it still doesn't sync !!
Yep - i tried to make it simple and start from scratch !
However, yes i have checked that the syncing is not paused. I have also paused it, waited an hour and turned it back on, waited an hour to see if it needed a "kick" but nothing !
