    InDesign crashing on startup and other solutions not working


      Good morning!


      I've been using InDesign a LOT lately- averaging about 12 hours a day for the past 7 days. Yesterday afternoon, I closed it out, and when I tried to open it again, it stopped working. I tried your basic stuff (turning computer on and off again, uninstalling and reinstalling InDesign, logging in and out of Adobe CC, trying to open InDesign with and without internet). I've also tried a handful of solutions I've tried on here. Nothing really seems to be working. Photoshop and DreamWeaver are working just fine.


      I'm running on Windows 10. Here's a picture of the prompt I'm getting (though it seems like a lot of people have gotten that and have tried multiple different solutions that have succeeded).


      Any suggestions or ideas to help?
