I purchased a CC annual signature in april 2016. The virtual store that made the sell was Digital River Brasil, that sent me ID 12089150459 as a confirmation of the purchase. But now, when I try to run any application, CC app ask me to renew my signature, althought only 1 month is passed since the payment for a annual signature!!
What do I have to do to fix this??
