Im a photographer from Denmark
I just bought a Chromebook and CC today.
Why? Because i thought i would be able to stream Potoshop and Lightroom on my browser using my Chromebook. Aparently I do still need a computer with windows/ios since Photoshop/LR-streaming is only for "some choosen ones" is that correct? I had the impression that it was for everyone when I did my google-research...
Surely someone must have been as 'dumb' as me.. so my question is: Did i really just waste my money on CC (and my Chromebook) and will I ever be able to use (stream) Photoshop/LR on my Chromebook?
Sorry for my english & thanks for any replies.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I just checked and found that you have purchased a photography subscription and it is true that you need a windows or Ios to install Photoshop and Lightroom to use the products.
However Adobe Photoshop express can also be used to quickly edit, touch up the pictures online and save it on local hard drive or online.
For chrome book users a project Photoshop Streaming has been started exclusively for Adobe customers in North America https://edex.adobe.com/projectphotoshopstreaming. It may get start in your region in coming future.
Thank you. I hope the project will start in the near future.
