Jpg conversion problems with new version of Acrobat

I have a new laptop with a new version of Adobe Acrobat DC.  I don't like it.  It's made things much more complicated.  My latest problem is that saving a pdf as jpg no longer works, exporting a pdf as a jpg does not work, and saving or exporting as a png produces a very poor quality image.  I did not have these problems with my previous version of Acrobat. Changing the settings in "save as" has not made any difference.

When I "save as jpg," Acrobat says it's converting the file to jpg, but it never appears in the folder I save it to.

Is anyone else having this problem, and have you fixed it?  How?

The new laptop uses Windows 10, which I also hate.
