I'm in a jam, and adobe support is unresponsive after 5 days. In short, in March, I pre-paid for another year of Creative Suite, valid through Feb 2017. It was working fine until last Monday, May 30, when all apps told me my "trial expired." wtf? Wrote for tech support chat, which determined that my problem had to be "escalated" and someone would get back to me via email in 2-3 days. Since then, nothing... I have now uninstalled all of it, thinking that my IP address is sending mixed signals. I want what I paid for, though--a year's worth of CS. What do you suggest?
