Apologies if this subject has already been covered but I can't seem to find anything.
So I've recently come back to InDesign after using FrameMaker for a couple of years. I am building a template from the ground up and need to create a 'Warning' and a 'Caution' paragraph style. When I apply the style, I want it to automatically state 'WARNING' / 'CAUTION' and jump down to the next line, ready for me to input text. This was relatively easy using FrameMaker but I can't find any way of doing this using InDesign?
You can handle it with a numbered list without a number. At least you can write the word CAUTION automatically with any Character Style you want. Maybe that you can include some other character, which will force the next text to the next line. I would give tab ^t or right aligned tab ^y a chance, I don't know, if the will work.
