Cannot Use Flash Player Uninstaller, Link 404's

Trying to download the Uninstaller for Flash, at https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/support/uninstall_flash_player.exe

Link does not work 404, anyone know where I can download said tool for Troubleshooting
