Try re-installing from the direct download links below. After installing LR6.0/CC 2015.0 download the latest 6.6/CC 2015.6 update.
You may want to start by uninstalling via the Windows Control panel.

Can you launch creative cloud and go to preferences (click gear icon near top right) and then sign out. Re-boot your PC and sign-in again to CC desktop. Go to the Apps tab and wait a short while for everything to refresh. Then try opening LR again.
If nothing changes, let us know if you are getting any error message or post the log file.
I signed out, reboor, signed in.. could not open Manager and Lightroom, restart the computer again and signed in again.
Manager started, no problem.
Opened Lighroom , it opened and right away 'doesnt respond'.
Yesterday i could work in Lighroom..sometimes with 1 foto til it stopped responding , somethimes 4 or even 8 foto's till Lightroom stopped responding.
Now i am not able to do anything. Lightroom stops responding right away.
