I wish to place on record that I was offered a month's free trial on Adobe Stock with 10 free images. The Adobe operative advised that I can cancel anytime before the month was out and I would incur no charges. The month ends in 75 minutes times and I am unable to cancel as the telephone support ends at 5pm and I can find no way to inform Customer Service as I am advised to do by the Adobe website. When I enquired before signing up I was not advised that I had to cancel before 5pm on the final day of my free month.
I trust an Adobe Moderator will address this matter and ensure that any monies taken from my account, if any, are returned to me immediately. Thank you in advance.
