Since 21st April i've been trying to get a refund.
The following thread was my problem which was unresolved;
I was told i would have a refund. It has been nearly 2 months.
Why is nothing being done?
This would be a much better question for the vendor you bought the product from rather than to post to a user-to-user forum.
