    Nothing happens...

    jsguenette

For now few days, nothing happens with Lightroom when I try to export pictures, convert to DNG or just trying to geolocate my pictures (the map is just not showing). I can still import, rename and edit my pictures.

      Can you help?

          Hi jsguenette,

Could you please let me know the exact version of Lightroom installed on your computer?

Also which operating system are you working on, Windows or MAC?

Are you getting any error while exporting images from Lightroom, and is the Map module showing black?

          Regards

          Tanuj

            Hi Tanuj Sandal,

Here are the information about Lightroom and my OS:

            Version de Lightroom : 6.6 [ 1078672 ]

            Licence: Permanente

            Système d'exploitation : Windows 10

            Version : 10.0

            Architecture de l'application : x64

            Architecture du système : x64

And no, I never see any error message. I only see the usual progress bar, without any progress.

For the map module, I can see it, I can pinpoint picture but I can't see the map. I've tried to change the map style (plan, hybrid, etc.) but nothing is showing.

I've also tried to just move my files, and there again, I see a progress bar without any progress...

            Thanks for the help!

              Thank you for the information.

Did you try unchecking the option for "Use graphics processor" under Preferences>Performance tab.

If the above did not help, try resetting Lightroom preferences once.
