    Spacing paragraph styles

Apologies if this is a stupid question. It feels like it should be obvious, but I can't seem to find the solution.

I have a bulleted list. I want no spacing between each item in the list, but I want a space before and space after the list as a whole, matching the spacing of my standard body text paragraphs. This is easy enough to achieve by setting the space before and after on the list style to 0, and the space before and after on the body text style to equal one line, like so:

However, I also have a subheading, for which I want no spacing between the heading and the following paragraph, like so:

Again, easy enough to achieve by setting the space before and after on the heading to 0, and the only the space after on the body text to equal one line. But that will cause the space between my bulleted list and the following paragraph to disappear.

Short of overriding every occurrence manually, is there any way around this?
