Error 1000 upon installing CC Installation Manager

How do you move it to local storage? Not tech savvy and having this issue. What exactly are the steps I should be taking?

Kindly let us know, what is the exact error message your getting while installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, along with the operating system of your computer?
