Kindly let us know, what is the exact error message your getting while installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, along with the operating system of your computer?

It would be really helpful if you can attach a screen shot of the issue, See: FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?

Till then please refer to the following document: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app
