They are normally all available with NEF's but not all with jpegs.

Usually the issue is your current photo is not a raw photo, but rather a JPG or other non-raw format, which will only have a few lens profiles.
If you think this is not the reason, then please demonstrate with a screenshot that clearly shows your current photo is a raw photo (has an NEF extension) or if a DNG (which can be either NEF or JPG) then show us the white-balance Temp slider is not relative or that there is an Adobe Standard camera profile down in the Camera Calibration section, and then also include the list of lenses that are available if you select Nikon as the Make.
Many thanks. I just realised that the camera was, in fact, recording in jpeg. I never shoot in jpeg but it has been back to Nikon for cleaning and they must have changed my settings, even though I thought I had checked them before using the camera. Stupid beginers mistake. Many thanks.
