    Adobe clip sign in

      Hi

      I have an Adobe account and have just downloaded 'Adobe clip' app on my phone. When I sign in to the app on my phone with my Adobe ID it says " An Adobe ID with this email address already exists" that is right it is me!!!!!!  So do I really need to create a whole new account just to use the app? Anyone else had the same issue?

          Hi Raphaelle,

           

          You do not need to create a separate Adobe ID for Clip. From the home screen there are 2 buttons 'Get a free Adobe ID' and 'Sign in with Adobe ID' - The error message you're seeing sounds like you selected 'Get a free Adobe ID'. Please make sure you select 'Sign in with Adobe ID'.
