You can add something like 7mm just to make your you won't break your design.

Double check with your printer that it wouldn't be more economical to have a 16 page booklet. And also double check with your printer and or binder about the margins they require.
You would normally supply your printer with a PDF produced from InDesign for printing the booklet.
- Set up your document with facing pages and bleed in the final cut size.
- If left page and right page have the same background or a spread overlapping design, you have no problem.
- If left page and right page have a different background or a design break you need to separate those pages from the same spread. In the Page Panel menu you can specify not to shuffle pages and tear a single page in the panel away to its own spread.
