I tried many times, I am in lightroom V 6.3, I click HELP > Signout and then I get "signout fail, deactivation was not successful. please try again. you are currentyl signed in with my email address....
Seriously what a crap support I am receving from Adobe, no phone, no chat available. Ridiculous, and right now I can't get my lightroom deactivaed to use it on another computer I need, this is urgent!
please let me know !!!
I even just upgraded to latest version 6.6, tried again nothing, it doesn't let me deactivate. exact same error message as above.

I would suggest you to go head and install Lightroom on another machine and then try activate the software using the activation key.

Please let us know, if you see any activation error on the another machine.
Note: You can install your Adobe product and activate it on two computers, but there should be one computer in a use at a time.
