Large BW export has less contrast

I work with large format film scans (average .psd ~ 800 mb) and when I have high contrast scenes my exports come out flat and less contrasty. A lot of the shadows and blacks look more like greys when exported. The exports still look amazing, but not what I ultimately worked hard to produce in lightroom. I've exported as 16-bit tiff, 8-bit tiff, jpeg 100% quality, and even as a .psd. I've imported all these exports into photoshop CC and they all have the same problem (neither is better than the other in terms of having the original level of contrast in lightroom). I've even tried increasing the contrast by about 50 (looks terrible in lightroom), but the export looks marginally different. What is going on here? Any thoughts?

      Thanks in advance,
