    Cancel Adobe Stock - Outrageous Termination Fee

      After searching these discussions, it's good to see that we are not alone. We have attempted to repeatedly cancel Adobe Stock but we have been charged for three months now. We attempted to cancel during the free period and have now been charged for 3 months of access we did not, or never will use.

       

      Adobe is now forcing us to pay a $140 cancellation payment. The chat autobot is laughable, the customer service rep was repetitive and rude. This is the worst customer service experience. Shame on your deceptive trial offer and poor customer service.

       

      Has anyone received any help with this?
