Please try to Rename the folders.
Mac OS: Mac HD/Users/<user account>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
<user account> is your user-specific folder.
The <user account> /Library/ folder is hidden by default in Mac OS 10.7 and later. To access it,
Windows: C:\Users\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder
The App Data folder is hidden by default. To access it, see Show hidden files, folders, and filename extensions in Windows 10 and earlier
Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app and sign in using your Adobe ID and password.
