Hello. I have strange problem. I have old PC and old GPU's. My After Effects works perfectly on old ATI Radeon 9600 VIVO (64 MB of vRAM) without driver. (In device manager it's discoverable as "Standard VGA Adapter" or something like this) This GPU can't handle Counter Strike. (I am playing this game) So when I want to play I must to change graphics card. When I put Nvidia Geforce FX 5500 (128 MB of vRAM) with installer driver (latest is ForceWare 93.71) any of Adobe product (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Character Animator, Illustrator) won't start! I don't know what's happening! Anyone can help me? I want use one graphics card to all things - without changing it when I want to realize order for animation, banner or avatar. Best regards, Gabriel.
Hou have to delete the preferences and GPU Sniffer info. Technically there's nothing wrong, it's simply trying to use outdated info and wrong settings and mistakes your nVidia card as an ATI and vice versa. This is a limitation you have to live with.
