    Update LR6 not possible

    joachimk17878584

I installed LR6 some days before. When I tried to import RAW-Files from my EOS80D I got an error massage.

So I tried to update to the newest LR patch (6.5 or 6.6) - but I could not perform this task. The update function in LR6 itself (HELP - UPDATES) does´t work because  of unreachable server or something else. Then I tried it with the Adobe patch installer - no way.

The system info of my LR6 say the following:

      Version von Lightroom: 6.0 [1014445]

      Lizenz: Unbegrenzt

      Betriebssystem: Mac OS 10

      Version: 10.11 [5]

      Anwendungsarchitektur: x64

      Anzahl logischer Prozessoren: 2

      Prozessorgeschwindigkeit: 2,4 GHz

      Integrierter Speicher: 8.192,0 MB

Für Lightroom verfügbarer phys. Speicher: 8.192,0 MB

Von Lightroom verwendeter phys. Speicher: 318,0 MB (3,8%)

Von Lightroom verwendeter virtueller Speicher: 750,3 MB

      Cache-Speichergröße: 0,0 MB

Maximale Anzahl Threads, die Camera Raw verwendet: 2

      Camera Raw SIMD-Optimierung: SSE2

      Monitore/Anzeigegeräte: 1) 1280x800

      Informationen zum Grafikprozessor:

      NVIDIA GeForce 320M OpenGL Engine

      Check OpenGL support: Passed

      Vendor: NVIDIA Corporation

      Version: 3.3 NVIDIA-10.0.48 310.90.10.05b12

Renderer: NVIDIA GeForce 320M OpenGL Engine

      LanguageVersion: 3.30

So my question is: What should I do to update my LR6 ??? Unfortunality there is no telephone support or something else by adobe possible :-(

      Thanks and regards

      Jo

Explain the exact steps that you followed. Describe exactly what happened. If there is an error message, please quote the exact complete unedited word-for-word error message.
