    Adobe wont cancel double charged memberships.  Tips?


      Around 6 months ago, I moved my team to the 'Team' membership.  Unfortunately, the Adobe rep didn't move the accounts and instead created duplicate accounts for everyone.  For the entire time, we've been double charged and no customer service rep or manager seems to be able to reverse this.  Best we've got is assurances they will sort it out, only to have nothing happen.  We've done hours of phone calls repeatedly, getting transferred to 5 depts during a call, without Adobe recording documentation of past calls, or doing anything helpful at all really.


      Anyone have any tips for getting Adobe to sort things out?
