I have had multiple conversations with adobe and this lingering problem has yet to be alleviated. I am looking for someone who can assist me and not send me to someone else that isn't going to not contact me. I was charged for cancelling a one month trial and then told I would be refunded but I have not got that refund. There have been multiple forums where it didn't take 6 weeks to take care of this same problem. Please someone point me in the right direction on how to get this fixed.
I try to interest someone of Adobe's staff here in the forum about your concern. They can better help, than we the users like you. Be a little bit patient, I'm sure someone will come back to you as soon as possible.
I see you had Stock subscription under the same email as with forums, also i see a refund of $176.81.
