When I try and open a purchased .ascm publication I get the error: "Connection Error Detected"
"Digital Editions couln't connect to the fulfillment server. Please make sure you are connected to the Internet."
Obviously I am connected to the Internet, as I am able to post this from the very same conputer (PC with Win7 Enterprise) so any advice on how to fix this issue?

Under Windows, try to uninstall ADE. Then open registration editor (regedit) and search folder
Delete this folder.
Reinstall ADE and register your PC.
Now you should be able to open ascm files with ADE.
I am having the same problem with the android tablet edition.
