          Hi,

What is the mail app that you use on your iPad?

Acrobat Reader uses Apple Mail by default.  It assumes that an Apple Mail account is already configured correctly.

If your mail app is something else (e.g. Gmail, Outlook), you need to select your mail app when you share a file via email.

          1. Tap the Share icon in the bottom bar.

          2. Select "Share File".
          3. Select either (a) Share Original Document or (b) Share Flattened Copy.
          4. Select the icon of your mail app.  If you don't see it, tap More.

          5. If your mail app is not enabled, turn on the switch.

          6. Tap Done.
          7. Select your mail app.

If your mail app on your iPad is Apple Mail and it still doesn't work, you may want to try opening a file and sharing it from iBooks for troubleshooting.

Please let us know what you find.

          Thank you.
