Working with a large user base [both Mac and PC] and there seems to be a random issue where some peoples accounts are getting an alert saying that their "trail account" has now expired and they cannot use their Adobe products. Which is really strange since other accounts seem to be fine and have not run into this issue and all we are assigning is the "All Apps Plan", so they should be good to go with all apps indefinitely. Has anyone else run into these issues and have a permanent resolve? This is becoming increasingly problematic and the support pages on the Adobe Admin Dashboard do not seem to mention anything about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
