I have a technician name Johnny....... (wished I had our chat which lasts two hours trying to find my problem with the text wrap.) Johnny saw it could be the ID platform as a problem. It was packaged and sent to Johnny to anaylyze it. (He helped by going into my computer)
Now I realized I have an application strange name which I will insert the image in the application which is separate from the InDesign. I do not know if its the problem or not. I hope there is a way to track my [Personal info removed by Mod] and find the tech support person to see another problem and check if this is a problem in addition to what we have.
