When I try to activate my account, I receive this message error:

E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED 

2016-06-21T06:07:29-07:00%20(1466514449000)%20is%20before%202016-06-21T07:37:49-07:00%20(1466519869745)

Currently my phone has set time and zone automatically, and I've checked it's fine. What does this message mean? Sometimes it appears and others not. It looks like randomly.
