    Understanding Boot Strap Grid

    maryanns50585047 Level 1

      I have one more bit of knowledge to seek today. Bootstrap Grid...

      I have my col total set to 12. I want 3 images across on lg screen and on small screen I want stacked images. My question is why do I have one image (Lorielli) that sticks on a line of it's own instead of reducing to flow with the rest. Everything else works as anticipated.

      The page is published to www.selvastudios.com.

      I would love to solve this mystery!

      Thanking you all in advance for your time.

          On the 12-box grid system, columns are divided into multiples of 12 max.  If you exceed that, the container drops to another row.

          So for 3 columns across, you need 3 containers of the same size.  3 x 4 = 12.

          <div class="container">

          <div class="row">

          <div class="col-md-4">

               column 1

          </div>

          <div class="col-md-4">

               column 2

          </div>

          <div class="col-md-4">

               column 3

          </div>

          <!--/row--></div>

          <!--/container--></div>

          It looks OK to me.
