Where are the Adobe Firework Experts that Adobe Customer Support is referring me to in the forum? Can you please reply ASAP?
Ok Experts, here is what I did. I uninstalled Fireworks completely. I reinstalled Fireworks again.
I tried to open the Program. Still the same thing: Immediately get the Pop Up: "An internal Error occurred"
Cannot use the program, have to close the program with Ctrl Alt Del, End Task.
Has anyone gotten in touch with you on this issue? The same thing is happening to me.
This worked for me!
1• Uninstall all Adobe Applications. Make sure to check the option to remove the preferences when prompted to do so.
2• Restart your computer.
3• Re-install the applications
Adobe has really put the screws to us not supporting Fireworks anymore. I have the same issue, Internal error occurred. I've tried reinstalling and removing some fonts. Fireworks has been my go to png editor and I am screwed!
Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? please

I finally figured it out. All you need to do is delete the the Fireworks CS6 Panel Prefs.xml which is located under Windows>User>Your Name>AppData>Roaming>Adobe>Fireworks CS6>English
